Adventures in Cooking - Peppery Shrimp Pasta

I wanted to share this recipe which has become a pretty good go-to when we don't have very many groceries on hand (its also very inexpensive to make).  I have substituted baby spinach before and it was almost as good (but not quite!).  I also leave off the cheese.  We are lucky to have a Piggly Wiggly within walking distance, so I can usually get arugula and we keep frozen shrimp and pasta in bulk from Costco.  This can turn out VERY peppery, so be careful if you're not a big fan!

Peppery Shrimp Pasta recipe found on Cooking Light

Mix the arugula, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl

Cook shrimp according to recipe

Mix together and serve!
